If the person is close to you, you may have a conversation with him or her. If that person is a personality, you may read his or her materials or learn from blogs or interviews. This approach will open yourself to that person’s way of thinking. If it is positive, you might be able to apply it to your endeavors too. You can be inspired by reading books, watching films, listening to music, looking at art and the like.

  • Ask for help – Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is very natural for us to ask help if something is out of our capabilities. Having someone to assist you with whatever difficult task you undertake significantly reduces the burden. In return, lend a hand to people who are asking for help to.
